I've been on a low carb diet for quite some time now.About two months.With lots of exercise,change in diet and portion control,I see results everyday and I am we'll pleased.It's not as easy as I make it sound.It's a challenge which I plan to overcome.I have never challenged myself before all my life.I'm very lazy trust me.But one day I looked at the mirror and said to myself,'enough is enough'.I'm not there yet but I plan to get there soon.Here are pictures of what my scale says each time I step on it and a recent picture of me.* please o,if u gonna throw jabs at me,easy on my poor soul.You know I'm just a blogger not a celeb lol.
